**Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment:**
We are unable to process a refund at this stage. However, we will gladly reschedule your appointment to another date and time that suits you. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule with no hassle.

**No-shows or cancellations after the appointment time:**
If the appointment time has passed and the service was not received, we are unable to offer a refund or credit. We understand that unexpected things come up — if you experienced a genuine emergency, please reach out to us directly and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
