Sala Thai Massage Houston Booking & Spa Policies • Arrival Time Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to complete the required intake form. Per Texas TDLR regulations, this form must be completed before every service, even if you have filled it out previously. If you arrive earlier than your scheduled time, you may be asked to wait. If a therapist becomes available sooner, we will gladly accommodate you. • Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. This policy is strictly enforced out of respect for our therapists’ time and other guests. • Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your appointment at any time, and as many times as needed, provided the change is made before the appointment start time. Rescheduling after the appointment has started will result in a forfeited payment.
