Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled at least 5 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice will incur a 100% charge of the appointment fee. No refunds will be provided for no-call, no-show situations.

Late Arrival Policy

To respect the time of all clients, appointments will be rescheduled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late.
